Dewatering minerals with a centrifuge baskets puts
very stresses on a screen basket. That's why lots of others baskets

Johnson's centrifuge baskets are specially designed
& engineered to withstand these stresses and load conditions. Our
special design choices such a unique wire shape which compared to
competitive wire shapes, is Taller, Narrower and has Smaller Relief
Angle, three unique features though being small adds up to a very large
performance advantage.
Firstly wire being Taller, adds to
strength and extends wear life. Secondly being Narrower,
it creates upto 10% more open area which increases capacity. It also
presents more edges to the slurry for better dewatering efficiency. and Thirdly,
the Smaller relief angle allows the basket to retain slot opening
integrity as mineral wears away in service.

But the right wire and rod won't make a difference
unless they are welded together right. Johnson's Fusion welding systems
ensures that each surface wire at every junction is welded with support
rod to create a rigid structure that give higher strength and uniform
slot tolerance.
